The Contract
Orders can be placed by email, posted, through our website or by telephone. If you send us an order, we will check the prices on your order against our up-to-date price list. If the prices do not match, we will contact you to advise of the correct price and will obtain your consent before proceeding.
Any quotation we provide will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are liable to change based upon the volume of goods in your order. Should you increase or decrease your order size it may affect the price.
We will provide you with a written Quotation for our Services. The acceptance of our Quotation, electronically or otherwise, or the placement of an order, creates a legally binding Contract between you and us, and includes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will apply between us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit to us and for ensuring that our Quotation reflects your requirements. Our Quotation is based on the information provided to us at the time we prepare it. If any errors or discrepancies become evident, we reserve the right to make adjustments to it.
You agree to provide us with any information, advice and assistance as we may reasonably require within sufficient time to enable us to perform the Services. However, any timescales we provide are a guideline only and are not of the essence of the Contract.
All orders are classed as provisional until we confirm them. This will only occur once stock and artwork has been checked.
Printing
We will advise if any artwork or logos supplied by you are acceptable or not. If the artwork is not acceptable, we may offer to produce the required artwork for an additional fee. Whilst every effort is made to match as closely as possible, we cannot be held liable for inconsistencies in pantone/colour references.
Once any Artwork is submitted to us, we will provide you with a proof that you must check thoroughly for any errors and mistakes. We will not assume responsibility for any errors found in printed materials that were not brought to our attention during the proofing stage.
Artwork provided by you will need to be completed in compliance with the specifications provided by us. Artwork specifications vary, and we will provide you with the correct specifications via email or in person, where necessary.
We will not print anything that is discriminatory, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or offensive; our decision is final.
Artwork will only be classified as complete if the specifications and format meet our specifications in accordance with clause 3.4. Such artwork will include deadline dates which must be met. If they are not met, we have the right to withdraw your Order and charge you the full Fee.
We allow for two rounds of amendments to be made. It is your responsibility to request any changes that need to be made. Once these rounds have passed, we will not make any more amendments sent to us.
Once we send you a proof, it must be signed off by you in writing. We will not proceed to printing until we have received this sign off.
It is your responsibility to check for mistakes, including spelling and grammar mistakes, at all stages and we accept no responsibility for the same. Any changes need to be communicated to us in writing. If the materials need to be reproduced due to errors or omissions that have not been communicated to us, the reproduction costs will be chargeable.
Due to the variety of materials and processes used, we cannot guarantee to exactly match pantone/colour references provided by you. Whilst every effort is made to match as closely as possible to these pantone/colour references, we cannot be held liable for inconsistencies or for any loss or costs that may arise as a result.

Delivery
When we confirm acceptance of your order, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Please note that estimated delivery dates may vary according to the availability of goods, your location, and circumstances beyond our control. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the goods have been collected by you, left in your designated safe place, or with your neighbour.
Where the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall not entitle you to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods at your chosen delivery address, we will leave a note informing you that the Goods have been returned to our premises, requesting that you contact us to arrange re-delivery. The re-delivery and storage may be chargeable. We may also, at our discretion, charge for restocking and administration costs.
Should you be unavailable and you prefer to have your parcel left unattended on your premises or with a neighbour, inform us of the safe place to leave the goods. We may, at our discretion, decline to deliver the goods to your chosen delivery address if we deem it to be unsuitable for any reason. In this event, we will contact you and request another delivery address or cancel your order.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the goods, or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, legal and beneficial title of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received, in cleared funds, payment in full for the goods.
